GRS Certification

Global Recycled Standard (GRS)

GRS is an internationally recognized certification managed by Textile Exchange that verifies recycled content and responsible production practices.

The standard ensures that products contain verified recycled materials while meeting strict criteria for:
・Environmental responsibility
・Social compliance
・Chemical restrictions
・Transparent supply chain management
GRS certification confirms that both finished and intermediate products are produced under controlled and responsible conditions.

The objectives of GRS are to define requirements that ensure:
・Accurate content claims
・Proper working conditions
・Minimization of harmful environmental and chemical impacts

Adopted in more than 50 countries, GRS supports a global supply chain spanning spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing, printing, and garment production.

As a member of the Minami Shinshu “Iimus21” initiative and the Gurumi-kai, we have contributed to the development of the Minami Shinshu Regional Environmental Management System.

We have also supported this system by volunteering auditors to verify conformity, assisting local businesses in improving their environmental performance.

Educational Outreach

We regularly host local elementary schools for factory tours, giving students a close look at how PET bottles are recycled and transformed into new materials

To further support environmental learning, we donated the educational book “Up Close! Factory Tours – Waste and Recycling: PET Bottles” to the Iida City Library.

Through these efforts, we hope to inspire the next generation to think about waste, resources, and sustainability.

Support for 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake Recovery

We created a support project that turned PET bottles collected in disaster-affected areas into 100% recycled polyester bags. 40% of the total support purchase amount was donated to support recovery efforts in the region, aiming to combine resource circulation with meaningful reconstruction assistance.

The project began in June 2024 and concluded in September 2024. During this period, we actively promoted the initiative, including hosting a pop-up store at Yurakucho Marui in Tokyo.

In November 2024, a donation ceremony was held at the Ishikawa Branch of the Japanese Red Cross Society, where the collected funds were officially presented.
The donations will be used to support disaster relief activities in areas affected by the earthquake and subsequent flooding.

Annual Safety Conference

Each June, all employees gather to participate in our annual Safety Conference.

Inviting external safety specialists, we refresh and strengthen our knowledge of forklift operation, truck driving safety, and proper machine handling.

By regularly reviewing these practices, we foster a workplace culture where safety always comes first.
