My journey began at the age of 23, shortly after graduating from university. While helping run my family’s hotel business, I took on the challenge of reviving a long-idle quarry company in our community, transforming it into a waste treatment and disposal operation.

With no existing blueprint, I built the business from scratch, navigating permits, earning the trust of local residents, developing treatment processes, training employees, and cultivating customers. These early experiences became the backbone of Earth Green Management.

10 years later in 1998, when Iida City was selected by Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, as an Eco-Town Project area, I saw a new opportunity. Driven by a belief in the value of resource circulation, I proposed a PET bottle recycling business uniquely suited to our rural, mountainous region.

Guided by the vision of “turning local waste management into a recycling manufacturing industry that creates real value,” the project was approved, and Earth Green Management was born.

Today, we remain committed to walking alongside our community, advancing businesses that harmonize environmental care with economic growth.
